Clean location. May have trouble finding associate on sales floor if you have a question. No price checker machine so when you need price check wait is longer. But pharmacy department is awesome and always courteous.

Hometown drugstore. Employees are always helpful and friendly. So glad they're just around the corner.

The store is great, however the pharmacy is AWFUL!!! Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru to get medication; after the Dr had already called it in, and the automated service called me twice to say medication was ready!!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! !!!

Instead of coming to the front door 35 minutes after closing, the two employees I could plainly see walking around the store chose to call the police because I was "banging and screaming" at the door.  Actually I was trying to get their attention so I could fetch my phone that I clearly left there 45 minutes earlier.  It was 940-945 when I was there and the Ohio lab and the self serve kiosks were all shut down.  Additionally neither clerk had ANY IDEA whether they developed size A4 or A5 prints or if the kiosk of submitting them online would be better.  Done.

The middle aged brown haired lady at the makeup counter/section is so friendly and helpful.  I spent about 30 minutes in the store trying to find my correct shade and when I asked her she immediately helped me and gave me some samples to try. I usually purchase my makeup from Blue Mercury downtown or Ulta so I am unfamiliar with drugstore makeup brands.  I felt bad because I ended up only buying 1 thing after being there so long (going to try out the samples and decide which ones to purchase)  but will definitely be back to buy my makeup there just because of how friendly and helpful the lady was.  Love people that are genuinely interested in their job and kind; truly is hard to find good employment... Hope this store treats her well!
