I was treated like a queen by Ann, the pharmacy technician. She respected all of my questions and brought over Thomas, the pharmacist. He, in turn, answered all my questions and gave me suggestions about the medicine. What a team! I will always use this pharmacy even though I am moving away from the area. Thank you for your help and compassion.

Very disappointed in the service that I saw another person receive. I was in line and there was a young foreign gentleman in front of me. He asked for cigarettes and the cashier, notably looked him up and down before asking to see an ID. Granted the man looked young, but he openly obliged and pulled out his international ID. The cashier said, I can't accept that, it has to be a US ID. Flabbergasted, the young man said well i've been using this ID and my passport at other places and have had no issues. She said I can't use that, store policy is that you have to have a US ID or a US passport. At this I scoffed and told the young man to go to Wal-Mart since they are an international company and he shouldn't have any problems. It was obvious this lady was discriminating towards him because he was foreign and had no interest in serving him....one of the first times I have seen blatant discrimination and it was unsettling. I called the store after leaving to discuss with a manager, but the manager on duty could not even confirm what the store policy was but was pretty sure that what she stated was incorrect. I am appalled at this woman's behavior and will definitely think twice before stepping back into this particular location.
