After waiting in line for 20 mins, finally get to the window, drop off my scripts. 35-40 mins they say to pick up. Fine, come back wait in line another 20 mins. An hr & 20 mins later finally get my scripts, except, oh I have 2 ready, & 2 are out of stock. You can try the other walgreens.... would've done that an hour ago had they told me they only had 2 of my 4 in stock... really?? Drive across town, drop off, 15 mins, 20 mins later, not done, get out of line & come back in another 5 mins. Still less time than Walgreens on 33. I mean really, all with a 2 yr old who lost her patience after 45 mins. So irritated, service is only getting worse not better here, if I could I'd give no stars

Everytime I come here for the pharmacy the wait time is always terrible (inside and drive-thru)...even if there is no one in line in the drive-thru. They always give me the excuse that I sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy location, which I know I didn't, or they tell me my refill request was never received. I feel those are excuses for not having the meds filled in a timely manner or their system for refills suck. Do not go here unless you are desperate!

HORRIBLE RX Drive-thru!!!! I avoid this Walgreens as much as possible! There has not been ONE SINGLE experience where I have not waited at least 30 damn minutes...and that's only with 1 or 2 cars ahead of me, if there's more I know better to not even stop. Ridiculous. Get your act together or don't have a drive thru..bc it's anything but convenient!!!

My experience here is always upsetting. Always have to wait too long to check out, if I go there with my mother and she needs to pic kup a prescription it ALWAYS TAKES TOO LONG!! The pharmacy has the worst customer service!!!!!! Correct this problem it's been going on for over a year!!!!!
