I am a CMA, therefore working in the medical field I'm used to being treated poorly by people and even some providers. I call to see if I can transfer my refill from Urbana to Rantoul because I'm closer , and the pharmacist disgustingly replies " it's already filled, I don't know why you're calling here!"  Well dumbass,  had you concentrated on what I was saying you would have known! Very poor  customer service!

I'll keep this short and sweet.

For a drug store, I like them a lot.  With my previous insurance i received all my medications free.

However for a convenience store I cannot recommend them.

First and foremost, a lot of the goods they have are a little hiked on the price compared to even the dollar store down the street.  You can get most food and drink items a lot cheaper there, so my advice is save your money.  Second, as far as some OTC drugs go, they are gauging on prices.  I have no idea how they stay in business with some of the prices they get away with on OTC drugs.

My last complaint for this store in particular is not against the store but rather employees and management.  I went up there at 9:50 one night a few weeks back in March.  I get there at 9:55 walking from my house down the block, and sure enough the employee is locking the door saying I can't get in and get some diapers.  Now I used to be a lead sales at a local store, and i can tell you that customer service was absolutely abysmal that night.  I asked nicely and everything and yet the employee would not let me in.

If your in town and need cheap OTC drugs go to Walmart.  This place hikes prices and has no professional courtesy in the industry.  At least as far as the current employees are concerned.  Management should not have let that slide.  And if it was the other way around that night, I would have let the customer in out of respect.

Closed for no reason, lights off, pharmacy drive through barred... Call go to VM/fax.

Just called a few minutes to come pick up medication.

Guess I'm out of luck
