Not the first time I've waited to pick up my prescription through the drive thru for over 15 mins. Not sure if it's the staffs fault or the drivers in front that didn't call ahead of time. Either way it's very frustrating.

other people claim its some extreme inconvenience to use walgreens' pharmacy. that only happens when you want to use the drive thru. what they dont think about is that the employees have to manage customers both inside and out. 

I personally say they do just fine with their customer service. If you call it in ahead of time and actually GET OUT OF YOUR CAR to pick it up, it takes 5 minutes or less depending on the line ahead of you.

THE WAIT TIMES ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. ALWAYS A PROBLEM WHEN I NEED TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF. NEVER MIND TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THERE, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR YOU SHOULD EXPECT A 20 PLUS MINUTE WAIT TIME., EVEN AT 8AM.  THE STAFF FOR THE MOST PART JUST CONTINUE ON THEIR DAY WITHOUT ANY REGARD TO YOU SITTING THERE WAITING AT THE DRIVE THRU, A SIMPLE WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, OR YOU ARE THE NEXT ONE TO BE HELPED...WOULD BE NICE. I AM TRANSFERRING MY FAMILY AND MY SCRIPTS TO CVS IN ATWATER, A MUCH BETTER BUNCH OF PEOPLE.
