The manager refused to give me my photos after I used a promo code for free photos. My total came to $0.00 and he said I still owed him money. You can not tell a customer they owe money when the receipt clearly says it’s ZERO dollars. He is very rude and I will be taking keeping my business at the Walgreens on bridge ave where they are more friendly.

Poorest customer service I've ever experienced from a MANAGER! He refused us a second transaction when we needed more cash back. His way of speaking to customers is terrible. Not sure how he got such a position at a Walgreens when customer service is an important skill. We will never go back here due to his disrespectful comments and treatment! I have never been so embarrassed and upset from someone speaking to me in such a degrading way.

This store sucks!
The first time I came here, on a saturday 2weeks ago, @20 of 10pm, the manager had the employee come ask "if I needed help finding anything", In an attempt to get me to hurry up.
Then today I came to get a bday card for my son, got here @10 minutes to 10pm and the doors locked.  Maby they should hire some people whose bedtime isn't before closing and you might make some sales.
