The worst experience here.
I hold my fedex package there. It is from my employer. They put my English first name there. My ID shows my legal Chinese first name. The last name is same.
I explain this to store workers, show them the sms message I get from Fedex notifying the package ready to pick up and tell them the delivery home address.
Still, the worker named amber refused to give me the package, saying they don’t want someone steal others’ package. It is discrimination. Walgreens needs t train the employees how to deal with customer in a professional way.

So understaffed. The pharmacy line is always looong - so long that I have to drive further away to get my prescriptions now because it’s that much faster to avoid this place. It’s even worse to be standing there when you’re sick and potentially spreading your sickness to the other people in line during the sometimes 20+ minute wait— or when I’m not sick and picking up my regular prescription, standing next to someone sick and coughing so I can contract the flu or a cold multiple times this season. This pharmacy is so close to my house, and I’ve given it many chances at different times, but the line is always long and slow.

Wildly understaffed pharmacy leading to shouting matches amongst customers in line. I waited in line for 31 minutes to DROP OFF a prescription. Also, a woman cut in line, and then freaked out because she felt so entitled not to have to wait in line with us plebs, apparently, so she called the police. The manager of the store had to get involved. This store is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Seriously.

Worst experience ever they tell you 30 min for your meds then you Check they say another 20 min and they will “rush” it then you Check again and keep waiting. They need new management or all new staff

Stuff being impolite, rude and slow. All the employees seem never remember to give my register reward! And they said my phone number was not connected to my reward card or the coupon system which I apparently did for a long time. Why on earth would you find such an accuse to not apply my coupon? Small store with messed up shelves. If it's not so close to home I would never come here again!
