Went to fill a prescription, waited 30 minutes for it then came back to pick it up. The lady took my ID And card then didn't come back for 25 minutes. We pressed the help button, nobody came. A few minutes later we honked and she came and apologized and left again. Fast forward 15 minutes we're still waiting with no updates, we pressed the button a few times and honked a few times. By this point 4 cars behind us had left but we couldn't leave because they had my ID and credit card but nobody was coming. After an hour I go in to ask what's up and was told "don't you see we're busy we got three people ahead of you." I asked for my card, ID, and prescription paper back and she doesn't even know what I'm talking about. A customer standing and waiting saw the card and my ID on the desk in the back and pointed it out and that's how I got them back. I waited another 5 minutes and got my prescription paper back and left. Ridiculously rude customer service, the manager noticed and didn't say anything.

Frequently lengthy waits for pharmacy service. Service to cosmetic/fragrance counter can be slow to get available service. Photo is quick & will check out other items. Apparently went back to 24hrs.. which is awesomely needed in such a central location! Nice staff, helpful management.

Wish I could give zero stars. I went to this Walgreens to buy a cold sore balm. Cashier charged me $41.98 when it is $20.99 (charged me for 2). He was immediately defensive and sent me to the manager. Manager had the same attitude and told me they could only give me $15 store credit because “people make mistakes.” I further explained the situation. After debating with another staff, they decided to give me a $20 Duane Reade card and told me I needed to “hold on to my receipt to use it.” Worst Walgreens ever. Don’t go there if you want a satisfactory experience.

Good walgreens.  Always have plenty in stock.  The store is very clean and run well.  Staff and management is very friendly and willing to help find items for you.
