Went yesterday to purchase some Nivea lotions and when I asked the older very rude and annoyed cashier about rewards they advertised if you purchased a certain amount his response was that he didnt know. I said I just wanted to make sure my purchase qualified. His response was I dont know its not my job to memorize every sale or product in the store. Very rude seemed like he was having a bad day and after that manager came to kindly answer my question. And then older guy proceeded to cash me out but continued with attitude so I cancelled order and went to another walgreens. Manager did say he was mad cause he was working an extra shift but he shouldn't be treating customers like that. Regardless of a bad day.your personal life should never affect your job and loyal paying customers. Smdh will never go to this location again.

If I could give ZERO stars for the Pharmacy, I would. Usually I never had a problem here but thanks to their lying message when you call saying they closed tonight (Christmas Eve) at 6pm and I get there at 5:15pm to find out they closed at 5pm instead, my Christmas is now ruined because I have ZERO anxiety medication that I absolutely (per Dr request) have to take at the same time every day. I tried calling a 24hr Walgreens but due to it being a controlled substance type of anxiety medication, they can not transfer it to another location. Now tomorrow is Christmas, they will be closed. So now I have to wait (today is Saturday) all the way until AFTER work on Monday night since I start work before they open to get this medication. I will be an absolute wreck by then, even more than I already am. This is and will absolutely ruin my Christmas. Get your closing times correct on your voicemail. After I pick this up Monday I am changing pharmacies.

I found my experience here pleasing; although there were random people that looked like they inhabit there lol maybe if there weren't any seats there. I've seen better Walgreens but it doesn't take away from the fact that it's a convenient pharmacy in a plaza

Horrible customer service!  Whenever I'm being rang up the items price never match happens every time I go to this location 😠😠 manager is very rude
