The experience I had today wasn't bad. It could have been a tad better, but the Pharmacist saved the day. I called around for a particular med that was out of stock at the other pharmacy I frequent. The pharmacies don't see each other's inventory, I was told, so be prepared to call whichever pharmacy you'd like to visit. I reached a lady on the phone who said they had what I needed and it would be ready in 15 mins. Afterwards, I went over to the pharmacy but for some reason, it wasn't attached to my profile. But the pharmacist quickly put it together in under a minute, and I was on my way. He was very pleasant, helpful, and quick. This is how I like to do business.

Can't check price for me at register. Make me wait forever. Put items in clearance but don't put prices. Won't honor 70% off posted price. Say 2.99 is 70% off 5.99. They need to learn math.

Online it states they open at 7am. Upon arrival I saw a sign that stated they open at 9am. This didn't bother me too much so I just decided to wait until their opening at 9am. I showed up a bit early, and waited around until 9:06am when they finally opened up the window. It wasn't until 9:15am when I finally received the medication. This service was horrible and unprofessional.

People in drugest area r very rude u call and ask about your meds that auto posted left a message on my phone stating my meds was ready for pick up they r so rude with a nasty tone need to learn how to speak to people they handle u any kind of way need to go to school on manners.

Worst service ever. Seems noone cares. I couldn't get a script filled and they never told me that they could not fill it after I contacted insurance and the doctor. I was left hanging with no information about the script. After they wouldn't fill it, then they wouldn't release my script to another pharmacy that would. I will not get another script filled there.
