i called in to see if my prescription was ready to be picked up yet and they told me it hadn't been posted yet. i asked them to see if my doctor had called in yet. they put me on hold then hung up on me . i called back restated my request and they said they would check the voicemail they had.  they then put me on hold , it started ringing again and they stated that they were currently checking the voicemail and put me on hold again. it started ringing again and a woman answered asking me my request. i again restated my request , she then stated the i suppose head manager was on the phone and said he would look into it after he finished his phone call and again put me on hold.(while being on hold for at least 5 minutes each time) it started ringing again, and this time OVER AND OVER AGAIN, it hung up. Also, i seen them tell customers their medication hasn't been called in, when it did MULTIPLE TIMES. i would rate their pharmacy ZERO stars !

I didn't see A manager on the floor. But i have never went in a store before. And heard a employee cursing on the phone gossiping and talking so vividly about her sex life. She used nothing but the street terminology. She said a out loud without fear. That some Man gave Her oral sex the night before. That would even cause Me trouble if not termination on My job. She ought to be a shamed of herself. She ignored me for like 4 mins before she came to assist Me She knew i heard the whole conversation. If she had atleast said My bad. I wouldn't have felt so disrespected and I'm writing to your corporate office as well. She said She was a pharmacy worker but she was at the cash register with a pink shirt relieving people for breaks then she went to photo and was working there. When that happened. I hope Shw isn't a manager

This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY IN CINCINNATI, i should have known better even going back here after the last fiasco i had here for a prescription but i had to give them the benefit of the doubt one more time and boy did i make a mistake doing that. Dropped off a prescrip, was told would be 30 minute and would be ready for pick up, so no problem. So i come back a full hour later expecting the prescrip. to be ready, well here is what i got from the pharmacist at the drive thru window, "Sir we had a problem with the DEA on the prescription when you dropped it off but we got it straightened out shortly after you first dropped it off". I said "ok, no problem how much will that be". She said "Oh we just waited for you to come back before we filled it to see if you still wanted it" I'm thinking....why in the hell would they wait for me to come back to fill it, I don't have a damn thing to do with the DEA or whomever the hell they are talking about, all i know is i dropped off a prescription for pain meds and gave them an hour to fill it and i get some BS excuse for why they failed...AGAIN! Moral of the story, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE CORRECT AND WITHOUT HASSLE, it's an absolute joke, it really is.
