Almost always has a long line especially for the pharmacy. The staff are typically nice, although there are a few that seems be trying to avoid customers. Management actually are helpful.

I did call for refill my prescription and when I arrive at the store doesn't have my prescription. This is not fist time happen. 😠😠😠

Customer service was horrible  very  unprofessional and I was Charged a fee to refill a card that has no fee to refill it I’m sticking to rite-aid
