This has nothing to do with the store. They really need to switch their phone system back to keypad instead! It’s horrible when trying to refill a prescription and the background noise confuses the system. So for that, here’s my one star!

This review is for the front of the store not the pharmacy. My first visit to this location was a couple days ago and everyone was very friendly and helpful (to the best of their ability). The customers are something else though. An older Asian woman walked right up in front of the register with me standing there and all my things being rung up, and was expecting to cut me in line. The cashier politely let her know she was in the middle of a transaction and another register was opened to help her.

percent of the time the problem is not the pharmacy, it's the customers.  Sometimes you have to wait for approval from your doctor called pre authorization or insurance, it has nothing to do with the pharmacy.  More people need to understand it and talk to their doctors and stop being so lazy and ignorant, this isn't a pharmacy in a third world country there are laws and rules, I don't get medication very often but when I do, I usually don't have a problem, because I understand how the system works.
