This is probably the worst Walgreens Pharmacy ive ever been to! They have horrible customer service. I went to drop off a prescription to wait in line for 35 minutes since they were down to one lane, get told my medicine isn't in stock, wait around for someone to call me for pick up only to be told that my medicine expired because they shelved it right back. Not one phone call, not one texts, then the little girl on the phone was probably to the worst customer service person to answer only to be told it's basically my fault because I should activate the texts alert LOL highly recommend going out of your way then to stop at this junk.

Switched to this Walgreens a few weeks ago - moved.  Love Walgreens, customer for many, many years, and trying to give this pharmacy a chance.  Wow.  Hold times are really, really long on the phone.  Not friendly, huge lines every time I am there - think they need more staff.  Even after calling in RX's 3 times now - they weren't ready when indicated and had to wait for it to be ready and wait to be checked out.  Just called in a refill - needed to speak with staff regarding it, rushed, not friendly, exasperated.  Not the cleanest, well kept Walgreen's either.  Stocking isn't executed as well as in other stores.  Reminds me of the not so great Walgreens in Waxahachie I went to for a bit...  Hate to write this, but hopefully it will help them make corrections.  Hate to have to switch again...

I always used this pharmacy because it was 24 hrs. They recently changed the pharmacy hours and are no longer open from 11pm to 7am. Which is most often when I can get my prescription. Sad day for walgreens in my book. I am disappointed.

I love this Walgreens! I moved and I'm really missing the fastness, most caring and helpful staff! They almost always have someone working the drive-thru. If not then the staff is good at multi tasking! They are all helpful from cashiers to managers and definitely pharmacy! ;)
