No one in the pharmacy ever answers the phone and they ignore people. The problem is only in the pharmacy.

The lady at the pharmacy had the shittiest attitude I have ever seen. I'm standing in line at CVS where they don't yank your prescriptions out of your hand after you stand there forever.

As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, I really appreciate the friendliness and quality of service at this location. Some have mentioned that it occasionally has long wait times on the phone- which is sometimes true, but it largely depends on the time of day. The pharmacy has, on several occasions, corrected mistakes/worked out problems made by the CVS down the street (DO NOT go there for your prescriptions). It's nice to know I can take my prescriptions to this location and get them filled in a timely, competent and polite manner.

With an unusually friendly staff, the Walgreens on Ballpark Way stands out from your standard Walgreens. Although, I have had a few issues with the items that I purchased. The staff helps make your experience at the location good, but you might have some issue when you arrive at your house. It's an iffy option, so I let you venture at your expense.
