I love Walgreens for their low prices and easy to find items. This is yet another location in Apopka that makes it impossible to go in to do shopping without a person standing outside asking for money. Loitering such as this shouldn't be allowed. I often don't feel safe going in alone.

The cashiers are incompetent. I waited in line and once it was my turn, she told me to go to the other line and wait for the next cashier. Why not tell me that when I got in line? Finally get checked out, asked to exchange something and the cashier tells me she can't do that. Even though the back of the receipt says I can return something within 30 days. Either she didn't want to do it, or she didn't know how. Either way, very annoying. Waited in 2 lines just to get a cashier who doesn't know how to do her job. Next time, I'll just head over to CVS.

Went to three pharmacy's with  my script and couldn't get it filled until I stopped in here at Walgreens in Apopka ,thanks I'll be back, shove it Walmart

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible and incompetent. The pharmacist I always have to deal with is so terribly rude and then just put me on hold in mid conversation as I am explaining my prescription needs. I have never been so frustrated with a supposed "professional". There is nothing professional about this women. Fire her immediately. I have called 4 times (on separate occasions) to this pharmacy and I always get her and she is rude to me every time, even when I try to be extra cheerful to start, thinking maybe last time she was having a bad day. But no! She is rude and unprofessional every single time, I always get off the phone boiling mad at how I was just treated. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to another Walgreens  pharmacy.

Three stars only because they need to have better outdoor lighting in the evening. They parking lot is very dark and it doesn't make me feel safe. The employees have always been good.
