I have used Walgreens for years, of course other towns, Washington, Greenville, Kinston, GREAT SERVICE WITH ALL..... but I admit the pharmacy at this location is TERRIBLE!!!  EVERY TIME I have to get a prescription filled for myself, husband, or children, they have either lost the prescription if faxed from the doctor's office, or out of the drug that we need, no matter what it is.  This morning, I took my child to the doctor and the diagnosis was flu.  They faxed a prescription to this pharmacy.  Because they do not fill prescriptions in a timely fashion as well, I took my time coming to pick the prescription up (about an hour).  When I arrived, I was told they were out of Tamiflu, a shipment would be arriving at 11am (it was 1030am at this point), but they didn't know if they would have enough because they had already promised to fill others orders.  Then I was told I could call around to other pharmacies near by to see if they had any available and was kinda brushed off like that's it because I was given back my prescription card..... really?  I asked can't you check that?  Have you checked the order amount arriving to verify there will ot will not be some left over to full my prescription???  Sure enough, after I demanded this be checked, there will be enough to fill my prescription around noon.  Some customer service training is definitely in order at this location along with proper planning and scheduling.
