Told me to pull around at 8:57. I circled the store and pulled up at 8:59.  They shutt off the lights and refuse to acknowledge me.  I need my medication to function.   I cant believe they treat people so awfully.   I've waited 20 minutes and they still haven't acknowledged me.   What the hell is wrong with people.  Why did they have me pull around just to shut the window in my face.

I have been consistently overcharged for Rx medications.  I have had to make many calls and several trips back to the store to get the overcharges resolved.
I never had this problem at the local CVS, which I will be returning to.
In addition, when I called to inquire and 'fix' the issue, I was told repeatedly that my insurance company denied the claim.  When I said I would call the insurance company, I was told NOT to.   I called anyway, and was told that I was correct, the drug was covered for a $20 co pay and that they had already approved the claim that day - over 2 hours prior.
When I called back and was finally allowed to speak to the pharmacist, he was upset that I called Aetna and mentioned again that he told me NOT to.
I immediately cancelled my Rx and called CVS to transfer.  I wonder how many others are being overcharged and don't know better??????   This doesn't appear to be an isolated instance - I've had at least 3 issues in 3 months!

Tereahas  is an employee there and she is most pleasant and helpful! I look forward to seeing her and having her assist me when im shopping. Love it here!

I don't normally post but I was google mapping the 54th Ave South walgreens for exact miles from where I reside.  Here it gives a map, address, and option to post opinions. I began reading and I related to a post 3 years ago concerning a manager in pharmacy named Tracy. It proves it's not just me who she is rude with as well as inconsiderate with. So this is my experience with her. She had no compassion or respect for my situation concerning a discrepancy in my child's prescription. .  Tracy should be required to be nice to people even if it's an act, because people deserve to be treated with care from a pharmacy....a very disappointing experience. Also she is rubbing off on her helper because the young lady was straight up snooty big booty as well and sarcastic. Unbelievable. After the prescription was rewritten by the Dr, on a different day, I went back. Waited in line and as Tracy was leaving for the day, I spoke and said hello, and she said goodbye to everyone waiting but as if she was forced to speak to us. She  just had a mean ugly look on her face which makes people uncomfortable. This visit was much better and the staff seemed nicer this time....maybe because they didn't have to put up with her since her shift was over. The moral to my experience is, if you work in Pharmacy, you work for people, be professional but be nice and by all means, do not be disrespectful. If you are so miserable working in pharmacy ,  consider seeking help through counsiling or take a course in kindness, or consider a different job. Also I rated 1 star for pharmacy for that first experience.  My 2nd experience gets 1 star as well,  having to see her rude attitude as she was leaving, although after she left everything was perfect. Shame on her.

It's on 9th street and 54th Avenue North, not 54th avenue south.  The map was pointing to 54th avenue north but they had 54th south on the map entry.  This doesn't have a clinic, pharmacy is 24 hours.
