Besides being open 24/7, this Walgreens pharmacy didn't have any customer service. Over the past few months they have sent texts saying that my script is ready, and it wasn't..three times. and the refill was never requested from the staff I spoke to each time. They tried to charge my husband over a hundred dollars saying our insurance was expired, even though I use the same insurance and clearly, it wasn't. When I called to transfer my script to QFC due to all these issues, all I got was attitude. I say, try another place in town first!

Worst experience ever , went there on Saturday night on 4/1/2017 stand at the pharmacy for 20 mins to pick my medicine which was already , after 20 mins I got my medicine basically no one there beside me , I looked for a ice pack for another 10 mins can't find it , Ask the guy at cash register he rudely told me some on the back and he doesn't really , spent 40 mins store to pick my pre order medicine and ice pack, I always have worst experience at this store but end up going because of 24 hours schedule

Terrible customer experience. We brought our own passport photos to develop 4 of them. They got us wait for an hour and ended up charging us $28 dollars. I did this same thing in CVS and paid around 1-2 dollars. We were there waiting for like 15 minutes and no one attended, then the people there didn't really know how to work this out and kept us waiting until we finnally got our not so good quality pictures. I would recommend anyone to avoid this store.
