I called about duplicating a disc of wedding photos around 4:30 pm. I was told the process takes about 20 minutes. At about 5 pm my wife dropped off the disc. As we began the process of putting our three-year-old to bed, over three hours later, I realized we hadn't heard anything about the photos. I immediately called and was told they are working on them and it will take about ten more minutes. Now its almost 9 pm and I'm sitting in Walgreens on my day off while my family gets ready to go to sleep.

Pharmacy dept.is professional,  however,  understaffed. It is generally a zoo at all hours.
When customers have personal issues of which there are many the wait times become ridiculous. There needs to be a speed line set up for problem free prescriptions. Or better staffing!

Pharmacist reeked of alcohol/obviously drunk out of his mind,didn't even know or was too drunk to point which aisle the Tylenol was in NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP OR HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE AFTER THIS ENCOUNTER WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST/ DRUNKARD

Has been a cornerstone to the mall since originally opened. A bit dated inside. Good pharmacy.
