I am not new to using Walgreens Pharmacy as I've used them on and off for many years being that I have a kidney transplant.  However, I have never had such a terrible experience with any location the way it's been with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy location.  Everything from being ignored, whether in the drive through or at the pharmacy counter to being given an attitude and the overflow of my jar was when this particular pharmacy shorted me about 7 pills from one of transplant medications.  Completely unacceptable, so much so, that I even switched to home delivery to avoid dealing with them. Worse service EVER!  By the way, one of the times I went there, two people in front of me walked out, one went to CVS and the other just left because of the horrible service or lack of acknowledgement from the Pharmacy workers, even after I have on multiple occasions advised one of the store managers.  This clearly is where the real problem lies.

Went into Walgreens looking for a Mahogany birthday card from my husband but there were none. I seen Caucasian and even Spanish but nothing for my nationality. How sad when you feel completely disrespected as an african american woman. Our men deserve the same love and respect expressed in a birthday card. They are people too.
