I give this pharmacy three stars because there has been times where I have been satisfied with my visits however, there has been a time or two where I have not. The satisfaction, in my opinion, is dependent upon which Pharmacist is working. I had on instance where I had a horrible infection, something a lot of women deal with frequently, that was turning into a kidney infection. My father and I share a HSA card, so there is only one. He lives about 45 mins away from me so when I went to the pharmacy, immediately after leaving an urgent care facility, I got there with the intentions of using the card that my father had hoping that they would manually enter it considering my medication was about $80. The pharmacist would not manually enter it because she said it was "against policy" which I understand, but I also knew that other pharmacists at this exact location had manually entered that exact card the week before. So instead of manually entering my card, she was willing to let me suffer in the pain that I was in and let the infection spread by not letting me pay for my antibiotics. I understand that policy is policy, but there should be certain instances where policy can be broken, expecially when it comes to someone health. Other than this experience, most of my visits are okay and I usually do not have any trouble.
