Worst photo service ever... I ordered prints at 12pm arrived at the store at 8:00pm to pick up and had to waited to be serviced 15minutes then was told that I had to wait an extra 20 to 30 minutes to be given my prints. Secondly I ordered two print books that couldn't be made and needed to be picked up the next day because the machine was broken..when I caught them lying they changed the excuse to "there was no one to work the machine" I asked if a manager could work it and was told by the manager on duty that she didn't know how to because she has only been with the company 3 months. I'm sorry but this kind of service is unexceptable I worked in customer service for more than 5 years and know there's a certain standard that should always be maintained. I have also been in a management position and know that to have such a position the employee should be trained in all areas of the store in case of an emergency. As I write this post I have been standing at the photo booth waiting for my pictures to be printed.. the picture books were also placed in the wrong order and wrong rotation. The photo tech named Eric was very rude and carried an attitude. He told us that the facility was short staffed and that he had emergencies to attend to... but the excuse is rendered invalid since we ordered the photos at around noon. We have given them ample amount of time to fix there inexcusable little problems.. which was laziness. This establishment was a circus of morons that do not know how to do a simple job. Like press a button on a screen to start the photo prints which would've prevented this whole fiasco. Terrible service.

Look at the Time posted here.. What kind of business are you guys running seriously?! I ordered photos at noon and these guys didn't know how to operate a machine that had instructions on the wall above it. Yes..The Manager on duty and Eric the clueless photo guy had no idea what it is to work that station. We literally gave them hours to have our photos of our baby ready. But they gave excuses and lies to cover there own inability to work a simple job. Who hired these guys. Makes me question if Walgreens even knows what the hell type of business they are running. Horrible service. My wife and I waited almost an hour for them to try and make up for there own mistakes. And they laughed and giggled at the whole situation. Horrible. Seriously.

Dropped off a prescription in the drive thru... Was told 1 hr and half wait...but if i go in its 15 to 20 mins... Seriously? What difference does it make if i went through drive thru or not? Very rude guy working!
