You call the day BEFORE to fill your prescription. You don’t make it in that day, so you go back the next day, and your medication is STILL not ready!!!!! This has happened to me so many times I cannot count. The only reason that pharmacy doesn’t crumble around their heads is bc of Jamika. The new pharmacist, Amanda, I called corporate on her (long story)- my medication comes in films or tablets, and my dr writes ON THE SCRIPT- PILLS OR FILMS, as in- MY CHOICE. She lied to corporate and said she spoke to someone at my dr office and THEY said I can only do one or the other. My dr, nor his staff, had a clue what I was talking about when I approached the situation. This pharmacy staff is RUDE as it gets and I’m pricing around as we speak so that I NEVER have to come back to this pharmacy and give them any more of my CASH money, bc pay out of pocket!!!! They put their patients on the back burner and don’t care about their customer service, which is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!!

This pharmacy refused to give my 76yr old father his medication because his drivers licence is expired. I looked this up and it's not a law. He has been going to the pharmacy for years and on the same meds. This is absolutely unacceptable. Worst customer service on the coast.
