The pharmacy is severely understaffed. When I call I can't get through the phone tree, which is very long because of all of the advertisements. Then I am told to leave a message. So far, none of my messages have ever been returned. (I have been using this pharmacy for years). Today, I called to have the pharmacy paged, and finally had to call the manager to get their attention. The only reason I called was to check on a prescription my Dr. sent yesterday. Walgreens used to send an email and text when a script was ready - I guess they don't anymore. They don't always read their electronic scripts, so not receiving a message from them prompted me to call. The ONLY reason I haven't left them is because of convenience.

Has an amazing group of well trained employees to assist customers in every way possible! A HUGE Shout Out to John for his awarding winning smile and friendly customer service skills. (The only one that I know who will take the time to announce "Thank You And Be Well" over the PA system). Once again, It's a complete pleasure whenever I see John. Pharmacy, could improve, but the pharmacists are doing their best.

I've only ever had negative experiences at this location. Each time I call ahead to make sure the script is ready before I head over and despite being told it is on the phone, it almost never is. The employees are incredibly slow, the wait is very long, and on more than 1 occasion the employees are extremely rude. Most recently, they had to take 15 minutes to "find my prescription." It was called in that day, so I'm not sure how they'd already lost it. If another location or cvs was any closer I'd be there instead.

I guess I have to be one of the few who think that this Walgreens is great. As someone who's worked in customer service I understand the level of stress that comes with the job and it is evident sometimes but every time I've been I've had nothing but a positive experience. The young men at the pharmacy and the older female cashier all made sure that my experience was nothing other than pleasant and welcomed me back. I think everyone should just work on patience, customer and employee alike.

AWFUL!!! Called from doctor's office for prescription refill and was on hold for 35 minutes!!!!! Unacceptable!!! Called again another day for immunization question, same thing, on hold for over 20 minutes when I hung up and called another pharmacy. I called headquarters to complain. Let's see if anything changes.
