Pharmacy could use some work customer service wise.  GM and cashier were pleasant.

Extremely rude pharmacist - consistently bad attitude towards the people she is supposed to be helping.  She interrupts, won't listen and won't help.  These are sick people, many in pain or feeling very bad, coming to get their medications to relieve pain or symptoms.  To be rude and ugly to people in need - does it get any worse?  She was rude and nasty on the telephone and actually hung up on us when I asked her not to interrupt.  I will go anywhere to any other pharmacy in town to avoid this rude behavior.

The makeup selection is really nice for a this town. It's a good place to get some small stuff, but wouldn't do a big shop because it's more expensive than the grocery stores

Everytime I come to Payson to visit my in laws,  this store is always neat and Wellstocked.
