The service is bad and the staff are not professional! I went to the store for my medication today right after the extraction of my teeth. The staff took my prescription and told me that I can come back in 11min. Then, I went back and she told me the pharmacist was not available and asked me to come back in a few minutes. I waited another 35~40min with gauze in my month before I approached her to ask how long I need to wait. I have pain and am bleeding! She told me the pharmacist was still away to give flu shots. About 10min later the pharmacist came back and eventually I got my medication from her. I have been there for one hour. I told her right at the beginning that I just had teeth extraction After all these, she never apologized for making me wait so long, not mention the pain I had to endure. This really sucks!

I see a lot of bad reviews of the pharmacy here. I've used it a few times and never had an issue but it seems like that might just be me. It takes a while but they always told me it would be a while, which is fine I always just came back and picked it up later. Staff has always been nice and friendly. The store itself is nice, always well stocked and good for snacks.

Customer service was horrible! I had to wait for 2.5 hours for my prescription. To find out that their incompetent on following instructions. My insurance hasn't changed. Yet they can't get it right. I'm going back to my regular pharmacy. This pharmacy was in my reach. But I'll pass on getting my prescriptions filled here.

HORRIBLY RUDE PHAMACIST IBI!!! THIS WALGREENS LEAVES YOU ON HOLD FOR SO LONG! I HAVE CURRENTLY BEEN ON HOLD FOR 43 MINUTES! SO IM DRIVING TO GET THE STATUS OF MY DAUGHTERS PRESCIPTION JUST TO FIND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK! YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO HIRE STAFF, I MEAN HOW HARD IS IT REALLY?? AND FIRE THE BIT** THAT SHOWS NO EMPATHY, SYMPETHY, COMPASION, NO GREETING, COMPLETE LACK OF HUMAN NATURE SKILLS COMPLETELY

Honestly, the people aren't bad, just be aware your prescription will take at least two hours plus to fill from drop off (and even then most likely not ready). They are understaffed which is a shame really.
