Do everything you can to avoid having to patronize this drug store. It is poorly managed in almost every way. The Walgreens near my house was horrible too. CVS took it over resulting in significant improvements.

Way to busy! The staff try's but they can't keep up with the volume of business. Mistakes cause going back two or three times to get orders correct.

This place is the most incompetent business in Santa Rosa. I don't know how they stay open.

Wass clean and friendly with helpful staff. They were a bit slow with a few customers, but not bad and we didnt mind a few minutes wait to get our prescriptions. Overall nice 24hour store. Up to the usual walgreens standards, which is better than most.

I started to get my medications here because I no longer have Kaiser insurance. The service is completely terrible. I called today ahead of time to make sure my prescription was ready and waited on hold for 30 minutes, by that time I was already here. I also had broken a rib and a prescription to fill for the pain. I dropped it off and was told to come back in 30 minutes, this was a hand written prescription by the way. They refused to give me my medication when I came back stating they had to call my Dr to make sure it was real. So I had to wait all night in pain well they waited until the next day to contact my Dr. They are completely understaffed and the customer service is completely horrible. I've never had to jump through so many hoops just to get my medicine. This is horrible patient care and I work in a hospital as a nurse. I can't believe all the BS I have to deal with EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN.
