This Walgreens location has the worst customer service. They are really rude. They have treated me unfairly. You don't need to call teenage girls or young women "ma'am." Please feel free to use "ma'am" and "sir" for more elderly people. If you choose to call anybody ma'am, make sure you call everybody woman "ma'am." Not to be racist, but the black people that work here are pretty rude and uneducated. Please behave yourself and act more sophisticated and cultured. Bye.

Check pharmacy hours before going.... This pharmacy does not stay opened till 9pm as advertised on the website. Other than that, good place.

How anyone can make a blanket statement that this Walgreens staff is "the worst ever" (please excuse me if I didn't quote it exactly, but I am still in shock over that statement) it just plain vindictive and totally unfair. You had one experience that didn't go well or your way and they are all to blame? I'm sorry that you are such a mean sprited and angry person, because what you say has no truth to it at all. I have been going there since I moved here in November, and I will go so far as to say they have the best staff I have ever encountered at any Walgreens, and after a lifetime of experience trying all the other drug store cains, Walgreens is by far the best, even on it's worst day. Now, this particular staff is unbelivably friendly, helpful, down to earth any interested in helping their customers. I could tell you stories about trul bad experiences in other stores, after giving them multiple chances, and their lack of concern or God forbid, an apology. They won't even look you in the eye. Human error that comes into play anywhere is SO much less here because they have excellent management and all me employees do their best to please you, and when they don't, they look you in the eyes and say they are sorry, truly. Sometimes they can't, but they sure try. The empoyees are happy to be there and that tells you everything you need to know about the management. The pharmacy is simply the best group I have ever dealt with. You have to remember that when things go wrong with your order there have been several entities involved. The doctor's office and wher the respond to the many reminders Pharmacy techs leave and send for them, how thenInsurance company can approve the Rx one minute and unapprove it thebnext for a myriad of reasons that they don't necessarily share or tell the pharmacist to pass on to you so it can be nipped in the bud instead of go back and forth. But those Pharmacists and Pharma Techs and all the people in that department earn kudos for how much they try on your behalf to 9lget you the medicine, their persistence in follow up, their communicstion skills and intelligence, and the pleasure they take when they have finally achieved, sometimes with your help but not leaving you to do all the work, their objective. They are genuinely happy to have done their best to get you what you need, and help you to feel better, and see you smile and hear a thank you. Think about that the next time you are literally getting no help from your pharmacist in contacting your doctor or insurance company for the upteenth time because they are too busy.

It is okay but gave 3 stars because I was unable to return an iPhone charger even though it was in good condition and only 2 days past the return window. I am cutting my losses on that though. Still this is an okay Walgreens and most of the checkout clerk speak to you and ask if you found everything okay. I never had an experience with a rude sales clerk. Walgerens has a higher level of customer service for its staff than Walmart. Prices are higher though than Walmart but quality is okay. Walmart though has a better return policy. Overall will continue shopping here. Fair experience.
