Joe and his team at this pharmacy compounding offer great customer service. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to Walgreens and CVS! Sick and tired of those long lines and I would definitely recommend Walgreens pharmacy and compounding for all your future drug prescriptions. Right next to my doctor at Cedars Sinai. This is my new pharmacy spot.

Terrible. I have Narcolepsy, which is very serious and can be life threatening. I take adderall to keep me from uncontrollably falling asleep all day. Prior to adderall I ended up in the hospital frequently for falling asleep while standing up and having an accident. I've cracked my head open, had concussions, etc.  

I am so tired of pharmacists looking at me like I'm a drug addict trying to get high and being rude and condescending. l recently moved to the area and was hoping that this Walgreens (my first and last time ever in a Walgreens) would be different. It wasn't.

 In fact, this was the worst I'd ever experienced. This Pharmacist was so condescending, I couldn't believe it. He was literally sitting there smiling and chuckling at my frustration.  He wouldn't fill my prescription because the address on my license was incorrect and he was cocky and smiling while telling me. Like he was so happy he had the power to turn me down. I don't remember his name but he was a curly haired, African Amercian man in his fifties or sixties. 

He failed to tell me there were several other pieces of information I could show them to confirm my address. I asked to speak to the manager who informed me they could use my auto insurance card to verify my address. Then he said, even though we verified that, there's a whole bunch of stuff the pharmacist has to verify to see if they would be able to fill my prescription and that I could still be denied. 

I asked him what exactly does he need to verify and what could cause be to be denied. I've been taking this medication for a long time. The manager was polite but would not answer my question and neither would the pharmacist. He kept telling me I could call the DEA of I wanted to. Why on earth couldn't the my tell me what they had to verify? I should be able to know what information they're running on me. He was like a broken record. 

I just can't get over how terrible the service was. the pharmacist should be fired, because he never stopped smiling. He was clearly enjoying my frustration. Stay away from this place.
