The pharmacy has the rudest costumer service I have encountered in a long time. Not to mention dealing with incoming calls that need refills needs to be handled differently and how you address costumers in front of you. You may be busy, but you are going to continue to lose costumers if you continue to be rude. LOOK UP FROM YOUR COMPUTER AT THEM! Don't just complain about how busy you are. If having nice costumers is of value I suggest you change your ways or hire more help, but apparently its not important enough because it seems like you haven't changed in years. NOTE: This is only about the pharmacy... Everyone that doesn't work in the pharmacy is really nice and helpful. They could take lessons from the other employees. (I would love for you all to change your ways so I can write a happy review about the whole store but judging from the reviews you have this far...Its been happening for a few years now...Good Luck)

I find the entire staff at least reasonably helpful, if not completely helpful. Pharmacy and store staff.

1st perscription filled here and last. It took a week, 2 calls, and 2 store visits to get it. They didnt fill perscription initially as they said they would. Then come to find out they didnt carry med and needed to be shipped from manufacturer. Sticking with Meijer Pharmacy from now on.
