The drive threw for pharmacy and for pickup inside orders the wait is over 30mins long this has got to be the worst place to go and get your medicine I get being short handed but this is just terrible when you have screaming kids in the car as well to add to it

Very disappointed in the lack of convenience with the in store pickup and pharmacy drive thru. It seems to take more than 20 minutes by the time you wait in line and receive your order. My most recent experience was with the pharmacy drive thru where there wasn't even an attendant present at the window. Not to mention the decrease in the drive thru hours available. It seems they need to address their pharmacy staffing needs and invest in ways to streamline the customer's experience.

Braden in pharmacy was exceptional in helping me and my husband with COVID testing for our upcoming  trip. He went out of his way to look up other state guidelines, was very patient and helped us out in a time crunch. This man deserves a raise, he’s amazing!

I went to Walgreens to redeem my rewards before they expired. I was told that I had only one dollar. This has happened two other times. I will only pick up my prescriptions. All my other shopping will be done at target and cvs.i feel the rewards are just a way of getting you in the store.

At one point in time about 1.5 years ago from the time of writing this review I quit using this Walgreens due to repeated instances of unfriendly pharmacy customer service, but recently returned to have one of my scripts filled here due to Walgreens having by far the best price in town on it.  Since returning I have had two monthly scripts filled and the service has been satisfactory.  I did encounter an issue recently with an associate mistakenly telling me the pharmacy closed an hour later than it actually did which caused me to not get my script filled before leaving town on a business trip.  That was not a great experience but mistakes happen.  We are all human.  Overall I'd rate the store itself a 4 and the pharmacy service a 3 and seemingly getting better...

I always have a great experience when getting my prescriptions filled.  Apparently there is no pleasing Rob Smith, as every review he has ever made is negative.  There are laws in place to protect people from being harmed by their medication, that is why they need to give you a consultation.  Also, police can accept an ID that is expired you have 10 days to get it renewed before it becomes a problem, however do to laws that govern pharmacies, and prescription drugs, you must present a "valid" identification when purchasing certain medications.

We have gone to this Walgreens since it opened.  Excellent service and friendly employees in the Pharmacy.  They are always willing to help and "go the extra mile" for customers. Service in the rest of the store is also excellent. They are friendly and helpful finding whatever you are looking for.  Just the right amount of customers in the store. Thanks. Ellen McDonald

Company screwed up my ship-to-store order. It was shipped but store said they couldn't find it in the system even though the box was sitting right in front of them. Called customer service, and after three different people found one that said there are TWO DIFFERENT SYSTEMS, one for the shipping, one for the local. No one would take responsibility for screwing up. Big pain. And someone explain why it's cheaper to buy things ship-to-store than to actually buy them IN THE STORE!?! Makes no sense since it costs the company to ship it. The company needs some serious help.

Make sure to check pharmacy hours. They are different from the regular store hours.
