Awful. Always call saying prescription is ready. And then have an issue and can’t deliver it when you get there. 
They don’t call doctors when needed to refill something. 
Are slow and totally disorganized. I’ve literally called their corporate customer service on this place multiple times. 
Only even go there at all as it’s so close to my house. And then curse myself every time I do.  

Oh, but Yay: they have solar panels and eco car charging, etc. So “Evanston”. Here’s an idea: Forget the eco score and demand better service people.

This is a good Walgreens, I got my flu shot here. The staff is always very helpful. Well stocked and clean. Plus it's very energy efficient!

Cool, "green" Walgreens. Pharmacy staff friendly and efficient. Electric car charging in the parking lot. Note the wind generators as you enter.
