My husband recently picked up a prescription from here and got home to find that they had shorted him several pills. He called the pharmacy immediately, and the person on the phone was very rude, told him they always double-count the prescriptions, and basically called my husband a drug-seeking liar. 
We had to go through management and insist that they watch the tape to prove that my husband was shorted part of his medication. Sure enough, they watched the tape and found out that they had made a mistake and had shorted my husband 5 pills. They offered absolutely no apology, and simply called us back in to pick up the remainder of his prescription. This turned into another mess, as the cashier tried to charge him again for the prescription even though he had already paid for it. 
I have been picking up my own prescriptions here for over a year now and, other than them being extremely slow, I had never had any issues before this. Now, I make sure to count my pills before leaving the counter because I no longer trust them. If there was another Walgreens that was convenient for me, I would probably go there instead.
