Friendly. ....had issues with insurance and was given cost saving advice .....these guys are busy but 24 hrs and very good at what they do in customer service...

Staff and Access is not the best at this store location but it is open 24 hours including pharmacy. Great for out of town tourists needing Rx services while in Reno.
Staff here is colder due to a lot of theft and undesirable activity/people frequenting this location. 
BIG DRAWBACK, despite numerous requests to management and corporate is there is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM Access here. Not great, if you got to go quickly. Totally unacceptable in my opinion however Walgreens refuses to budge on this even though they allowed the customers access to them years ago.
