I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years and they seem to be going downhill fast. I called today to verify if my son's medication would be ready today around 2:30 pm and they told me it would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. I sent my mother-in-law over there to pick it up around 315 pm and she was told they don't have it available. They would have to call around and see what other Walgreens has it in stock. This would have been nice to know when we called the first time. This is the 3rd time they have told us to come pick up medication around a certain time and it is either not ready or they do not have it available. They never call us to let us know and when the only reason we find out it is because we physically go down there to pick it up. I hope a manager reads this complaint and tries to correct whatever issue or person that is causing these inconveniences.
