Staff in the pharmacy lack knowledge of basic customer service. They couldn't care less about covering all bases while selling or filling prescription medication. They have no process in order while attending to new customers. When I asked their manager what their policy was regarding medication returns(non prescription), I was told it was against their policy.. I asked what the policy was and she gave me a brief explanation ending in etc.. I asked what etc was and she had no answer. There is always a way, their just to lazy to make it happen. They definetly need to get organized and work on their customer service.

Great pharmacy and great staff! Had to have a prescription filled at about midnight, and I was extremely happy with the service I received- the pharmacist was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable, and she had such a great welcoming smile and attitude! My prescription was ready in less than 20 mins, and the gentleman that rung me up for a couple other items at the front was also very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend this pharmacy/store, especially over any CVS any day!
