It is supper convenient that this is a 24 hour location; however, the pharmacy staff seem to be lacking quite a bit when it comes to being patient and empathetic which I feel are two of the most important qualities in good Customer service. I can understand these shorcommings due this location's high traffic. But spent almost 15 minutes trying to simply  explain to the pharmacist that I was there to pick up a prescription NOTE that I was told couldn't be filled that day. It seemed like he was determined to not hear a word I was saying. I don't mean to be dramatic but it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had to deal with. When idividuals go to pharmacies theyre often in a heightned state of vulnerability due to the fact that they are in need of a supplement for an area in which their bodies have temporarily or permanently failed them. The rushed and impatient negative atmosphere perpetuated by various staff members at this location could (in my opinion) crush anyone's spirit who is already in a vulnerable position. I think they have to be reminded that they are speaking and interacting with human beings that posses feelings and concerns regarding their health and who also deserve their attention and respect. After all, they are here to serve the community. As long as the staff unable to build that mindset of servitude as well as have that kind of rapor with customers, I dont think anyone should take a chance going there. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that comes with a visit to this location. It's just not worth it.

i love to go there the place is clean , organized , the person at the register are always courteous.. At the pharmacy sometimes there is a long line but they are very helpful.  Sometimes we the customers must be respectful  and patient.

Good place to buy medications, but drive thru is slow as hell ( about 10 min per car_ last time I checked)

Location is poorly ran. It's like a one person army especially at the pharmacy. You can expect to be on hold or wait for 10-15 minutes for questions regarding a prescription or pickup . The employees are very condescending and come off to be rude. They sit their and carry on conversations with each other or worse.. They are using their personal phones while you are there waiting to check out..

I love this place every time i go for midnight snacks. The staff is welcoming and asks me right away if i need help finding something.
