I went for a routine rx pickup and was told “it is discontinued” by the tech at the front counter. This was after filling the prescription about a week prior. After the tech went back and forth to the pharmacist, it was clear the pharmacist wanted nothing to do with me. I left the store, called the CVS down the street, and transferred my prescription immediately. CVS provided a USA made pharmaceutical rather than the made in India product I used to receive from Walgreens. This is a drug with 7 generics on the market. At Walgreens, it was “discontinued.” Needless to say, I don’t spend money at Walgreens. 

Poor communication, poor service, and people with poor people skills.

The Walgreens location that I use the most. The shelves are well stocked and organized. Checkout is friendly and quick. If there has ever been a complaint, it was a rare occurrence, and has never happened more than once.
