Two years now I've come to this pharmacy every month for meds. Not once have they been able to put the little pills in the right bottle. It seems unreal because the rest the store is bursting with over the counter meds all prepackaged in the correct order, simply sitting on shelfs. Yet somehow, once my Dr sends my script to this pharmacy all chaos and fire bursts out and I'm told they cannot get those little pills in a bottle. 

Someone needed to approve it still. They have to verify some info, speak to someone and after you clear the misunderstandings your bonus prize is waiting another 30 minutes while they swoosh those pills into another bottle. Couldn't be handled by robot, or possibly a coin change sorter with enough duck tape from the tool isle if you really needed it. My point is it's an hour of my time needlessly wasted due to their incompetence. Like clockwork, they never, ever-ever have your persciption ready. Phone pharmacy refill line? That's something else that requires three people in white lab coats to discuss before anything happens. More steps, but you can just sit in one of the 3 chairs not vacant and watch them continue checking ID for people buying Claritin while you wait. All while not seeing any progress surrounding your pill approval. You'll be accused of trying to pick up your meds early. You'll spend some time piecing together what narcotics were stolen by the signs taped everywhere that they don't carry so-and-so anymore. 

Advice to management: Whomever you are this month, you won't be next month. It's why there is bullet proof shielding between you and the customers. The only way I think some have managed to get their persciption out of the store is to hold the place up. The video is on YouTube, check it out. It looks a lot like someone just not waiting in line and then leaving with a persciption. It's possible it wasn't even a hold up, just Jen having another "bad day". At least we know she did her job at least once without issue. Also, no one believes you don't have cough syrup anymore. The signs are just something Jen did to kill time before closing. Keep track of your time, and keep checking with them. They will try and ditch you. Once they gave me the walk around for a few while we perform whatever magic is needed to fill a pill bottle and actually closed the pharmacy on me. Staying within clear eyesight, they rolled the locking bunker of a closed sign over the registers and locked the door. 

What is wrong with all this? Every single part.
