Reviews

One of the slowest places in town.  Customer service needs a lot of work in the pharmacy.  You could be the only person in line to drop off a prescription and still have to wait an hour to an hour half.  That's not an unusual experience.  Then there's "our computers are down".

Worst pharmacy! I called about 4 or 5 times and each time I was put on hold, I was disconnected :( each time someone would come on the phone to let me know they were with customers and would be with me shortly. The last time I called I tried to explain that I keep getting disconnected and without saying anything they put me on hold and I was disconnected, once again! So frustrating! I don't mind holding and understand they're busy, but it was very annoying to be disconnected each time.

I've had different issues at this Walgreens. For example I gave the cashier 20 dollars and she said it was 10. I had to make the manager count the drawer to get my money back.
