This is the BEST pharmacy i've  ever been to and will only use this pharmacy ever ! The people are wonderful , helpful and  caring , I love all the employees and Joe the pharmasist is fantastic , he always knows when you are ready for a refill and, has it there for you ! The best pharmacy ever !

I’ve been dealing with Joe and his team for probably a decade, they are the kindest most genuine souls around. They take their job seriously and give it more then 110%. Always looking out for me, taking the most care for my needs and double checking making sure nothing is contaminated with my allergies or doesn’t react with other medication. They are beyond Amazing, this wonderful group is like family. I just love them

The Pharmacist  is very disrespectful, also very rude and has no care for customers . They refused to give me the medicine because they didn't like how my children behave. For seven years in Canada, first time I had such a not pleasant service. Really need more professionalism in this pharmacy

The Pharmacist here at this location is very disrespectful, very rude and has no care for customers or patients. My Fiancé was turned away from getting her prescription. After politely trying to get the pharmacist's attention by saying hello sir, she was rudely told to stand and wait. Really need more professionalism in this pharmacy

100% this Pharmacy actually cares…left Doctor office went to Pharmacist with Prescription… explained everything.. and told me do not hesitate to call me if you have any more questions…got home used prescriptions and  had to call  he  gave me idea on how to deal with the new med with dosage .. thank you Def a go to place

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for more than 10 years. Nothing but respect, professionalism, and top knowledge! The staff always doing their best to help out and satisfy my needs. Occasionally I needed my meds to be delivered to an address outside Hamilton city and the pharmacist did it himself. Could never ask for more. Best Pharmacy staff!!!

Mistreatment of clients to the max! I've never experienced such a disrespectful service in my entire life! I just went in with my 90 yr old grandmother and the pharmacist explained her prescription, I said i don't understand can he explain again, and he started waving his arms at us and rudely said how can I don't understand what am I that anyone would understand, and that he won't explain again, he's done with me and I can take my business to shoppers. I was beyond shocked. He showed no compassion for my grandma. Purely disgusting.

Unprofessional to the max! Laughed at my 4 year old because I went in to see if he got my son's prescription and it wasn't in yet and then laughed and said what do you want be to do. He needs to be fired or quit! Very very unprofessional!!!!!!

Genuinely care about their customers and it shows in the warm and friendly service and attention to detail in everything they do.  I've had nothing but good experiences at this pharmacy.

Been going here for years. Staff is helpful, fast, kind and professional.  They are very patient when explaining things to me.
