Ever since this new hire started it takes FOREVER. I sat in the drive thru AGAIN for almost 45 minutes. I dropped off my rx and came back later when it was suppose to be ready. Yet something about it wasn't ready, again. I thought the cars in front of me were dropping off their rx and just sitting there waiting for it to be filled. No that didn't seem to be the case, once again. This is the 2nd time in a month.   
After giving a 2nd chance I'm frustrated that nothing was improved.

The wait to pick up a prescription at this location is terrible! There is almost always a long line and wait. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes.
