Please show some compassion to yourself and don't go to this clinic. The administrative people (especially Ms. Kailash) are VERY rude. My parents have been going there for some time and not a single time have they been treated with respect. The clinic lost our medical reports several times and in return blamed us, accusing that we never took the test. How in the world are such rude, condescending, and uncivilized people allowed to run a medical service that is supposedly be caring for the well being of their customers? I don't have enough words to explain the horrible experiences that my family had at this place. They should lose their license for being so abusing to their patients.

Although they claim it is 'walk in', they don't accept any patient without appointment. I made appointment giving them my insurance card and went to see the doctor at their given date and time. But I had to wait for more than an hour and then they took my insurance card, asked me to complete few forms and pay the fee. After that the receptionist asked me "do you have an appointment today, I don't see your name"? When I showed her the card which was handwritten by one of their staff confirming my appointment, she was convinced that I had appointment! I don't think this is a professional medical facility.

not a professional,staff was worst and rude.it a walk in clinic but they always require appoimnet....their not a concern about anything(report)....
