I went here with my boo and his family for a special occasion a while back and it was deemed to be the favorite place of some of his family for eats. (Un)fortunately I didn't have the same kind of experience. The overall ambiance is dark and lots of wood. It's more fancy than not while also cozy. The menu didn't have many options for my dietary needs, so picking an entree was simple. I got the grilled salmon. The fish was good, but the greens and sauce beneath (thank goodness it wasn't drizzled on top or slathered with it!) was overly buttery. I could not taste the greens and mash. The fish was fresh and good, and I tried to avoid getting or leaving much of the greens and mash on the bottom half of my fish. The dinner menu was very limited and very expensive. My dish cost $26.00 alone. Good water service. Not so good waiter service. Took a while to cue them for the check and for the payment. It was not a busy night either. I later walked by one day and checked out the lunch menu. It was more decently priced, but again, the choices were very limiting for someone who doesn't eat pork or shrimp.
