Never answers phone calls. Time sensitive issues need handling and can't get anyone on the phone

Trying to get to anyone who could help me find someone from the appraisal district, I called the number listed here for the court house. 5 minutes of riniging & still no answer. I would ask why this place doesn't have voice mail, but i've been there. If you want to see a real life MAYBERRY, just try to get ANYTHING done here.
