My experience working with Nathan Wall was great.  When I first came to Nathan for help I was very stressed out & didn't know what to do.  He put my mind at ease & my made the situation way less stressful.  Everything that I needed him to do he got it done in a reasonable time.  Anytime I had questions he would answer them & explain everything so I wouldn't worry.  He was great in court & in mediation.  If you are looking for a Lawyer that is dedicated to his job & wants to help a person out of a horrible situation he is the guy to go to.

Ashley, a paralegal from this law firm did my stipulation to modify my divorce decree. Ashley was fast, easy to get a hold of, answered all of my question immediately, and was very kind. Steven Wall is very knowledgeable and took a balanced and thoughtful approach to my case.  In court, he is incredible and if you think that's where your case is headed, he will be the advocate you need.  It's tough being a male in Utah going through a divorce, but Steve made sure I was heard and that my rights as a father were honored.  Nobody wins in divorce, but I feel my outcome was optimal due to his work.  You will find cheaper attorney's, but he's worth it.  If you are organized, he will let you save some money (or a lot in my case) by you doing a lot of the background work.  In the end, he protected my assets, made sure my father's rights were kept intact, and even won a counter-suit to get my legal expenses back when a baseless appeal was entered.

Ashley, a paralegal at Wall & Wall, is a life saver.  I had a court date in Carbon County to release an out of state bond I had.  It was on the same day I was out of town.  The court told me if I missed the court date that I would forfeit my $2,500 bond. The court clerk told me to file a motion to change the date or dismiss it.  I had NO CLUE how to file a motion.  The court clerks were no help. I called around to some different attorney's offices and they said they could do it but the cost was ridiculous to say the least. I was at my wits end.   Then I called Wall & Wall and paralegal Ashley said she could do it and at a fraction of the cost!!  She wrote up all the motions I needed to satisfy the court.  And it was at a FRACTION of the cost.  I didn't know I could ask paralegals for help.  Thank you so much Ashley!! You saved the day.

A custody battle is one of the most emotional grueling drawn out process a parent can go through. One that takes both an emotional and mental toll on you. You need all the support, encouragement and guidance that you can get; to have someone on your side that understands and knows the law is priceless. Steve is all of those things. You will not find a person more dedicated to his clients; Steve Wall is hard working, fair, ethical and will fight the fight with you until the end. 
No matter what side prevails, there are no “true” wins. Ultimately, though we did not win the war Steve helped us accomplish some victories along the way, which we appreciate more than words can express.  
Steve is a good man, and we would recommend him to help with all your legal needs.
