Ordered 2 steak and cheese subs an order of fries and onion rings, was told just over 1/2 hour. After and hour we call and we are told no one told us just over 1/ 2 hour,  it's more like an hour. I told them it's been an hour, he said the driver was in the road to us. The original order was placed at 5:39. We finally got our food at 7:20 and it was cold. We stopped ordering from them months ago due to issues of cold food, undercooked food and the prices keep going up. We decided to try once again and this happens. Never again, we are done with Wallys

The food has always been good but we had stopped ordering years ago because the staff was rude and my brother had ordered from them and an hour and a half went by, so my brother called and they said they were on their way. They never showed up and still charged his card. So we thought we would give them another try. That was a huge mistake! They said 45-hr wait which is the usual. 1 1/2 go by we call and they said they should be there any minute. 15 minutes go by and our food arrives cold and $10 more than what they told us and we even called back to get a total to make sure we had the right amount of cash. Driver called the pizzeria and they decided to take the food back. Horrible customer service! We ordered a lot too so they missed out on that and our business yet again! It’s too bad because we loved their food.

Service sucks...they don't give you credit when they screw up or late or won't make anything new unless you pick it up....go to lumber city pizza it's wayyyy better and the most friendliest ppl the servers,cooks and the manager will remake or credit anything if it's not to your liking

Food is great however, employees are subpar.  Becareful! Twice we ordered (once pick up and once delivery) & both times they scummed us on their online coupons. Not sure if the staff is to uneducated to figure it out, they play it off as such, or its a hustle. ..
Pick up order We mentioned the coupon on the phone they said it is ok. When picked up they said we forgot to ring it up use it next time. I couldn't believe it. When I said it needs to be fixed he said we already rang it thru....
Delivery :
The guy charged us full price and was "surprised" about coupon. He quickly did math (or made up number) and after transaction we got scummed 3$. Wish I didnt tip guy.  Will never order again. However, scummers make good food....
