I waited almost 2 hours a few weeks ago on a Thursday evening. From around 3:30 til around 5:10. When I arrived for an oil change, they had 1 vehicle inside already being worked on. So after nearly 2 hours and my car sitting inside with the hood up for a good 45 mins to an hour, they tell me that they didn't have the right tools to get my oil filter off! I was nice and told them it was ok but, it always takes forever there. The people at the desk are usually helpful and friendly.
Hopefully they will make some changes to where they can have faster, better service.

My son who is in college there went to have new tires put on and they did not torque the lugs on one side and his wheel broke and fell off the vehicle while he was driving......
