I order a cake for my son’s 6th birthday 2 years ago in December and although the cake tasted good, the spelled my sons name WRONG! Before I left the store they tried to fix his name and ended up smiring black icing (his name was in black) where his name was and then tried to rewrite his name in white on top of the black it was a complete disaster but it was the day of the party so I had no choice but to continue on with the cake. NOW for the second time after giving them another chance, I order another cake about 5-6 days in advance for my moms 49th birthday party. I specifically told the lady I want it exactly like the picture inside of the Walmart bakery book and she wrote down my exact words “exactly like the picture” and the cake code that’s on the picture in the book. Even after she wrote alll of tht down on the cake formshe still
